Among the bright lights and stunning sights of Las Vegas, there’s one attraction that stands above the rest. Carvana is proud to announce the launch of our all-new Vegas Car Vending Machine, a shining nine-story example of what it means to win big when choosing the new way to buy a car, now serving over 2.2 million residents of the Vegas metro area!
Like many of the other Car Vending Machines that Carvana has launched in the past, customers at the Las Vegas Car Vending Machine can expect to see the same kind of striking design and functionality that was established as the new blueprint beginning with the launch of our Nashville Car Vending Machine in November 2015. However, our new Las Vegas Car Vending Machine is a little different than our vending machines of the past. Standing nine stories tall, Carvana’s Vegas Car Vending Machine still features two delivery bays for customers. However, a newly designed “slot machine” coin receptacle has been installed in our customer waiting area, which enables visitors to safely stand inside the tower and watch as their vehicle descends from the tower to ground level.
To pick-up a purchased vehicle at the Las Vegas Car Vending Machine, the customer simply drops their custom coin into the Car Vending Machine’s coin slot, which then illuminates the coin receptacle and activates the automated vehicle delivery system. With the customer looking on, the Car Vending Machine then retrieves the vehicle from the Tower and brings it directly to a delivery bay. Once in the bay, the customer is invited to take possession of their car, where they will have seven days to drive the car around town before ultimately deciding if the vehicle is right for them.
The wait for Nevada’s first Carvana Car Vending Machine is officially over, as Las Vegas now serves as our 28th Car Vending Machine location to date – joining Nashville, San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Dallas, Raleigh, Jacksonville, Tampa, Charlotte, Washington, D.C., Orlando, Tempe, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Indianapolis, Pittsburgh, Chicago, Kansas City, Greensboro, Westminster (L.A.), Ontario (L.A.), Oklahoma City, Memphis, Miami, Louisville, Detroit, and Atlanta.
At the end of the day, our mission is to provide Carvana customers with a new way to buy a car that is as unique as it is simple. And with our growing number of Car Vending Machine locations, we believe we’re able to do just that, offering customers an improved car buying experience that runs in sharp contrast to the pitfalls associated with the traditional car buying process.
